About

I have graduated from Oxford Brookes University, UK with a Masters in Sustainable Building: Performance and Design (SBPD) in Sept. ’2011. Over the past years in my academic endeavor, my design approach has been developed by an analysis of optimizing building performance and comfort conditions. This practice has led me to develop a keen interest for multifarious aspects related to sustainability.

The design studio at the graduation school has helped me broaden my repertoire of technical skills from AutoCAD, 3D modeling to energy evaluation programs like IES simulation, Ecotect Analysis etc. It also augmented my capabilities of analyzing and understanding the importance of bioregion and low carbon techniques in the designing of a project. I have also worked on post occupancy evaluation of an institutional building as a part of course work.

The study conducted over the past year in different parameters of sustainable design has been motivation for me to explore a larger more responsive environment, both at the architectural and sustainable scale. Hence, I seek an opportunity at your company and gain valuable experience and to realize the challenges that lie beyond this academic study.

In my professional career, I am recently working at California-based firm, U unlimited as an Architect. I am a part of architectural project team and design team. I am also preparing for LEED Green Associates exam to acquire more knowledge in the respective fields. Given a chance, I have ability to work on all aspects of project and combined with good communication and graphical skills.

In addition, you will find me well organized, hardworking, detail oriented team member with excellent analytical and problem solving skills and good inter-personal skills as well.
