Capri Holdings Limited, New York, Global Store Design Project Manager | Concept and Fixture Design Project Manager
- Spearheaded the development and design of a new flagship in Downtown Montreal, Canada. A first in the Michael Kors fleet, the store is home to a juice bar and flexible event and selling space.
- Uphold store design standards by directing architects and external consultants on overall direction and coordinate with visual merchandising, marketing and sales teams to develop cohesive and on-brand design identity for stores in North America and Internationally.
- Work closely with internal teams to facilitate experimental concepts for exciting in-store experiences as well as the development of new fixtures that offer different customer experiences.
- Curate fixture design standards to the needs of the International and North American teams as well as spearhead new fixture concepts as per executive and sales teams.

- Translated Jimmy Choo design standards and concepts as part of the brand’s global rollout followed by comprehensive, design sensitive packages for new retail locations.
- Adapted Jimmy Choo design standards to specific markets by providing design and location sensitive solutions and variations.
- Conceived several design concepts for Korean skincare brand, Sulwhasoo; that elevated the consumer experience, showcasing the brand’s knowledge and expertise, while maintaining the current client base and attract new clients.
- Created and delivered new visual merchandising strategy initiatives for Sulwhasoo that made the product lines more intuitive and customer friendly that also made it easier to up-sell products.

- Clinique: Assisted in the process and interpretation of the new store concept for North American department stores based on the free standing store concept as per Global’s directives.
- Clinique: Developed floor plans and elevations based on traffic flow, adjacent brands, and direction of sales team for standard and flagship level department store doors for North America followed by redlining construction documents and shop drawings.
- Clinique: Supervised store visits on behalf of the North American store design and visual merchandising teams, in addition to setup and merchandising, followed by the creation of punch lists for contractors and fixture vendors.
- Bobbi Brown: Produced design packages that included plans, accompanying elevations and renderings for free standing stores, with a focus on the Latin American region.
- Bobbi Brown: Evaluated and revised design drawings from Travel Retail and United Kingdom teams to ensure that architectural details and design reflect global brand standards.
Michael Kors (USA), Inc., New York, NY, US, Store Design and Development
- Finalized design drawings for the International, North America and Travel Retail fixture books, generated Rhino models of all fixtures and assembled corresponding look books through collaboration with the respective teams.
- Partnered with a director of the Visual Merchandising team to spearhead a new program of product enhancers including trays, blocks, shoe risers, SLG holders, signage and platters; formulated design drawings, communication with vendors, redlined shop drawings and prototyping for lifestyle stores.
- Corresponded and met with several vendors, facilitating samples, and created unique samples to match originals for the value engineering process of the “Regent Street Concept” materials to make a feasible and cost effective way to implement new aesthetic into future stores.
- Formalized the development and design of a $250,000, 150 store pilot program that features tech-wearables; created design drawings and a unique surface pattern for the fixture, redlined shop drawings, reviewed pricing from several vendors, oversaw prototyping and rollout into stores.
- Assisted in the design of fixtures geared and unique to pushing Women’s and Men’s SLG and Crossbody product lines.
- Managed installations for various prototypes in the Michael Kors mock store, this involved communication with vendors, building staff, and internal facilities team.

-Managed over 175 objects for the Robert Verdi Taste Maker Tag Sale, that were given product codes, measured, photographed, and organized in Excel, and acted as the main liaison for the company One Kings Lane and Robert Verdi Inc.
-Involed in the completion of Iman Cosmetics office in New York City by serving as a design consultant with Robert Verdi and generated perspectives of the completed space, which included selected furniture and specifications.
-Assisted in the furniture selection process and created a specification booklet for Joy Behar’s home in the Hamptons by fabricating a template in InDesign that was used in-house and by the client.
-Aided in the generation of visually striking, brand specific proposals for companies like Maybelline, Proctor and Gamble, HP, Microsoft, and others for future projects and events.
-Involed in the execution of social media events such as Tweet This! funtions, Fashion Week Retreats, and others through stlyling of the event space, brand/function specific presentation and takeaways, execution of the events, as well preparing wrap-ups in InDesign.
