Dynamic, results-driven, and highly focused architect with a proven background of coordinating and managing numerous diverse projects including several for higher education clients and municipalities.  Extensive experience in design development and construction documentation as well as serving as the on-site construction representative for some of the projects. Demonstrated skills at successful problem resolution.

Kansas State Board of Technical Professionals – Appointed by Governor Brownback to board in July 2012. The purpose of the board is to provide maximum protection of the health, safety, and welfare of the people of Kansas by assuring that the practice of engineering, architecture, land surveying, landscape architecture, and geology in the state is carried out only by those persons who are proven to be qualified as prescribed by the statutes and rules and regulations.

 

Contractors Licensing Review Board, Johnson County Kansas - Appointed by Chairman Eilert in January 2014 to serve as the Architectural representative on the Johnson County Contractors Licensing Review Board. This Boards purpose is to maintain a high standard for integrity, skill, and practice in the various construction fields and to safeguard the life, health, property and welfare of the public by assuring that those undertaking the construction, alteration, repair or demolition of structures are qualified to perform these services.

 

The Surplus Exchange, Board of Directors - The Surplus Exchange is a 501(c) (3) non-profit, dedicated to the reducing the amount of e-waste that finds its way into our landfills. We maintain a zero landfill policy with zero export of equipment to Third-World Countries. TSE is the first company in Missouri to achieve e-Steward certification. Because re-use is the most environmentally friendly form of recycling, all equipment received by TSE is audited by technicians to discern remaining value for refurbishment or remarketing We provide computers, furniture and supplies to teachers, students in need, and other small nonprofits in the area.

 

Church of the Resurrection, Board of Trustees - Church of the Resurrection is the largest United Methodist congregation in the United States, with a membership of over 19,000 adults and children. The main campus is located in Leawood, Kansas with satellite campuses in Olathe, Kansas, downtown Kansas City, Missouri and Blue Springs, Missouri. Board is charged with the care and maintenance of church property on all campuses (real, personal and intellectual) and holds title to the church’s property, buildings and equipment. Key items include establishing policies and practices regarding church property, disaster planning, land acquisition and construction planning.
