I have been working at a small firms specializing in high quality and fully developed projects. The projects range from apartment renovations to new building construction. I oversaw several projects of varying size from the initial design, through landmarks reviews and building permit review through construction.
Prior to this, I worked at firms specializing in the creation and restoration of the outside surfaces of
buildings. My additional experiences consist of: working as half of the architecture department in a very large, high end
NYC real estate firm; working with a firm specializing in Local Law 11; and
working contemporaneously at two firms. Both of these firms were small,
which allowed me to be exposed to many different facets of the mechanics and
business of architecture firms.
Studio ST Architects, New York, Project Manager
Design & manage multiple projects throughout the entire process, schematic design to construction. Attend construction meetings, perform site surveys, structural and mechanical coordination. Projects range from Synagogue to apartment renovations of different scales.

Architect and designer. Designing new and rehabs of high end residential and commercial buildings and interiors.

Project manager. Responsible for the daily development of multiple projects. Oversaw the staff regarding project tasks. Attended project meetings and showroom visits with clients, and coordinated with consultants, such as structural and mechanical engineers.

Performed façade restoration inspections. Inspected window installation. Prepared site monitoring reports based on site observations. Prepared scoping and construction documents for façade repairs.

Site visits. Prepare construction drawing sets. Bid out projects for contracts. Photograph completed projects. Work on drawings for leasing contracts. Create marketing plan brochures. Calculate rentable square footage and made drawings.
Nelligan White Architects, New York, Intermediate Architect
Surveyed building exteriors photographically and directly via scaffold drops. Prepared elevations and roof plans for base drawings, scaffold locations and damage mapping. All for NYCHA Local Law 11 compliance.
