About

I am an architecture student studying Building Sustainable Design at Pennsylvania College of Technology. I have strong design skills and have honed my abilities in Revit, Autocad and a host of building performance modeling programs (Energy Gauge, Energy-10, GBS, etc.) I enjoy the creative brainstorm that comes with the preliminary design stages of projects, and love to see them become livable enjoyable environments.

Education

Pennsylvania College of Technology, Williamsport, PA, US, Bachelors, Building Sustainable Design

The Building Science and Sustainable Design major promotes a healthier, more energy efficient way to build which reduces negative environmental impacts and slows the depletion of natural resources. Students study sustainable approaches to materials, construction, site design, building design, and the generation of energy. In addition, students receive training in building science fundamentals related to the measurement of building performance. Students also learn skills vital to historic preservation and the renovation and re-use of existing buildings. Graduates should be equipped with the knowledge to design and/or construct buildings that make positive contributions to their communities. The program is based upon students' completion of an applied technology curriculum. Applied technology degrees in areas such as HVAC, Electrical Technology, Business Management, and Information Technology will be considered for the directed elective requirements of the transfer major.
