Oversaw Design Projects for the Southern and Western Regions. Closely worked with CEO and Upper Management in Design process and selections. Develop Design Concept from implementation to installation, including purchasing, follow up and installation. Design process included sketches, CAD drawings and design boards for presentations. Managed Design specification book for each project including processing FF&E specification sheets. Worked closely with Project Managers and Contractors to make sure design concepts were met and company standards and code requirements were met. Projects included AL, LG, IL, Skilled Nursing and Pediatric units at Communities.

Projects varied from capital projects on various scales to new build. Responsible for vendor/product selection, contract negotiation and overall management of projects. Worked on Atria furniture standards with Design Director. Closely worked with senior corporate managers in order to assess Community needs—Senior management through theme selection, project planning and management of the initiative from start to finish. Over saw the Design of Retail stores within the Gaylord Brand. Oversaw all visual merchandising as well as lead team in the installation of ideas. Involved in purchasing, price negotiations, quotes, follow up and installation. Oversaw all retail space design and visual display for Gaylord Opryland, Gaylord Palms, Gaylord Texan and Gaylord National. Created new store designs working directly with Interior Design Group and Retail Group and upper Management. Designed and created all store and Hotel showcase displays while training staff to implement designs. Traveled to each Hotel to make sure Retails stores were being maintained to Gaylord Standards. Created design standards, developed tools that were necessary for implementation of designs. Involved in the installation of new retail store set up or renovation.
