In charge of major consolidation projects, home office property projects, carpeting/painting refurbishment projects of up to 300, 000 square foot occupied buildings. Lead Project Manager and on-site supervisor of construction of the Gibraltar Laboratory facility for the firm and the in-house expert for the renovation of 9 million square foot portfolio to ADA standards nationwide. Managed and supervised the Architectural Drafting Department of 23 staff members.
