 To develop new business relations and entertain current business relations for the company, generate and negotiate new income opportunities.
 Locate opportunities by contacting potential partners: suppliers, architects, designers, consultants, and developers.
 Manage actively and successfully the sales process: lead generation, credentials pitch, solution pitch, negotiation, close, and handover to the account management.
 Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications and announcements, track individual contributors and their accomplishments.
 Manage and maintain specifications pipeline and ensure all sales administration is current using JDE software.
 Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any; further documentation, following company procedure.
 Create design proposals, renderings and Dialux calculations whenever required.
 Secure the quarterly and yearly target commitment.
