About

Relator | Strategic | Individualization | Ideation | Developer

“There is a significant difference between “all are welcome here” and “this was created with you in mind.”” -Dr. Crystal Jones

I have a passion for designing accessible experiences; that passion combined with my years coordinating architectural projects as an interior designer makes me a strong collaborator. Space planning and problem solving are my favorite parts of design. I pride myself in my ability to do them well, resulting in spaces that are smart, exciting, and inclusive.

I have years of experience managing client expectations and pride myself on the times I am able to exceed them. I know how to create and adhere to budgets. Additionally, I have been a consultant on my own independent design projects, proving my ability to budget time, manage myself, communicate well with clients, and be a self-starter and collaborator.

During my professional experience have been hands on in all areas of the design process. I have led and established interior design departments, acted as project manager on a variety of projects, set up templates and libraries for studios, and have led design meetings both with internal and external clients.

I enjoy working as a team and the mentorship of more experienced staff. I have the drive to become a better designer and I want to find a workplace that will encourage me along the way.
