• Works in a Studio Type office environment hence completion of projects from Conception to Implementation is a competence:
 1. Conceptual studies
Space Programming, Building Code analysis (CBC, ADA).
 2. Design presentation
Client or prospective user presentation of illustrations, 3-D images using freehand or 3D rendering/ Revit and Photoshop.
 3. Consultant coordination
Working directly with disciplines involved in the projects including but not limited to: Structural, Civil, Mechanical/ Plumbing, Electrical and/or Equipment, Furniture and Building Material consultants.
 4. Construction documentation
Preparation of Construction Documents: Site Plan, Floor, Roof, Elevation, Sections, Building System/ Construction Details and Specifications, Door/ Window Schedules using AutoCAD and/ or Revit Architecture.
 5. Judicial application
Permit approval for local city Planning, Building, Fire, Office for Statewide Health Planning Development [OSPHD] & Department of State Architect [DSA].
 6. Contract administration
Coordinate with the General Contractor and provide Site meeting, RFI responses and Supplemental Information.

• Diverse experience in all facets of architecture- Residential, Commercial, Educational & Institutional.
• Ability to multi-task and manage numerous projects while meeting rigorous performance standards and demanding schedule.
• Gifted with hand-drawing ability specializing in architectural renderings and design visualization. 
• Have the capacity to successfully render professional-grade architectural drawings and plans using the latest version of AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe Photoshop.

o Children’s Hospital of Orange County, Tower II- 483,385 SF hospital building
