My name is Raul M. Lopez. I currently serve as the Interim Facilities Manager for the School of
Architecture at the University of Southern California (http://arch.usc.edu/people). I am in charge of Operations, Maintenance and Capital Construction projects for the School.

I offer over 17 years of experience in all functional disciplines of management.  My back ground in Commercial Banking, Construction, Information Technology and Architecture has given me a well rounded view of what a design firm needs.  Whether I am writing an RFP, managing a project or coordinating an event with media coverage every event requires a high level of organization to meet deadlines and to stay within budget.

A successful brand is built on sustained excellence. To maintain quality even with limited resources one is required to be efficient and resourceful. I realize the difficulty of this challenge but with the right confidence and life experience, I know that I am the right person to achieve results gracefully and seamlessly.
