About

I'm a designer and filmmaker who has work in the architecture, design and construction field for more than 30 years. I'm interested in urban planning, design and architecture in cities as it is moving towards a sustainable future. Looking to reimaging suburban sprawl into a multi-modal, equitable community with different urban typologies and infrastructure. Believes in innovating public open spaces of parks, courtyards, plazas and open air markets in the civic realm . Has worked on projects from set design, hi-end residential, tenant improvement, legalizing un-permitted ADU's, Multi-residential and commercial projects.

Has completed a full-feature documentary film exploring the parallels between Frank Lloyd Wright urban model Broadacre City and today's contemporary urban sprawl called Broad Minded City
