 Participate in value stream mapping and Kaizan event facilitating
 Track internal and subcontract invoices to ensure cash flow remains positive and subcontractors are paid
 Track shop efficiencies for managed projects
 Assist in fabrication value stream mapping and planning of all fabrication action items
 Solicit subcontract pricing and prepare cost analysis of subcontract bids
 Coordinate design and engineering issues to ensure on-site complications can be reduced and projects can be completed on time and on budget
 Track and create all job costs, RFI’s, NCR’s, delay claims, and notice letters
 Hire and manage subcontractors
 Create and manage all change requests and change orders for changes in project scope
 Facilitate fabrication meetings with internal and external customers
 Manage overall fabrication schedules
 Manage fabrication, delivery, and material budgets
 Manage all contractual obligations of projects
