Develop soft line schematic drawings for new store interior fit outs, unique ground-ups and major renovations, adhering to standards and criteria for the banking centers. Review site plans and typical ground-up buildings for accuracy and criteria requirements. Review Design and Construction Documents. Perform test fits for Location Planning for confirmation that a given space can adequately serve as a banking center. Review site specific change controls, requiring design changes per field conditions, market requests and/or dictated by the building department. Provide soft line for ATM program. Review with LP's, review hard lines and CD's. Review sign and brand Packages to assuring exterior and interior signage is per the approved brand standard.
Managed Minor Renovation Program, consisting of directing the team to proper element placement, developing soft lines drawings and review of hard line drawings. Standards Manager: Manage design standards, provide design direction and implementation. Work closely with the Standards Architect and Construction leads to identify and resolve reported issues. Ensure standard set of documents accurately reflect changes. Communicate to the greater Design Team via weekly meetings. Participate in standards related workgroups as needed, as well as weekly meetings with the Supply Chain Management team to discuss issues, resolutions, value engineering opportunities, and upcoming change to their respective standards. Research new materials and finishes. Create relationships with vendors and national account reps, as well as work with the Design team, Construction and Supply Chain Management to create CTQ’s and RFI’s to determine the best cost efficient decision. Continue to work with Supply Chain Management, vendors and national account reps for new innovative and cost conscience changes.
Additional responsibilities include reviewing signage and branding packages for correct representation of the brand, reviewing fixture drawings for accuracy, assisted in the development of the new ADA compliant fixtures and One Bryant Park Flagship fixtures and furniture.
