Develop soft line schematic drawings for new store interior fit outs, unique ground-ups and major renovations, adhering to standards and criteria for the banking centers. Perform test fits for Location Planning for confirmation that a given space can adequately serve as a banking center. Review site specific change controls, requiring design changes per field conditions, market requests and/or dictated by the building department. Provide soft line for ATM program. Managed Minor Renovation Program, consisting of directing the team to proper element placement, developing soft lines drawings and review of hard line drawings. Review, comment and approve all change controls, as well as attend bi-monthly change control conference calls to resolute field driven issues.
Standards Manager: Manage design standards, provide design direction and implementation. Work closely with the Standards Architect and Construction leads to identify and resolve reported issues.
