Project role: Project Architect. Started this 102 units, four story project in SD phase, and work directly with client and project manager to make sure client's goals are met with a very challenging schedule and budget. Ensure project to get approvals from all reviewing agencies as well as funding source requirements. Coordinate with CASp, AT&T and T-mobil and PV panel detail teams on misc. requirements. work with GC on answering RFC questions. strategize the plans working with internal project team.

Project role: Designer/ Job Captain/ PA. had a major role to play since competition phase of the project and working through SD/ DD/ CD/ DSA plan check, as a core member directly work with design principal in preliminary form finding, design evolutions, general coordination with all consultant team, Transfer data from Rhino to Revit, put together all exterior and misc.details. Taking responsibility of wrapping up DSA review back check submittal.
