My full name is Romulo Corpus Gangcuangco, a US citizen and currently resident of southern California.

My Bachelor's Degree in architecture combined with extensive experiences in architecture practice and construction project management, prepared me to handle any type and size of architectural and construction projects from schematics to completion. With my ample knowledge, skills and abilities in this industries, I am confident I can be a productive asset to any related organization for their continued success. Overall, I am innovative, design /detail oriented  and accustomed to fast-paced working environment, where projects quality and timely submissions are a priority and handling multiple jobs simultaneously is the norm. I have strong leadership, dependable, and an effective team player. I approach my tasks with proficiency, working well under pressure and change. I am proficient user of AutoCAD and knowledgeable use of Revit Architecture/BIM. Irecently completed my formal education in Project Management in support to my manament experience, I am also a certified home inspector associated with (InterNACHI) a respectable home inspection regulating agency.

I can work anywhere in the US, willing to relocate  and can start work within a short notice.

Conducted daily site inspection and coordination of the projects architectural, structural and MEP components with different sub-contractors. Responsible in coordinating and getting approval from project consultants, owner’s representative and city inspectors in preparation for concreting of the project sub-structure. Responsible in checking and recording of project discrepancies necessary for revision and as-built drawing documentation. Functioned as Architectural Quality Control during the finishing and completion stage of the project.

Philippines - Responsible in designing and construction document production of various industrial, commercial and government projects. Assigned as Project Architect for the construction of UN Refugee Housing Complex in Palawan Philippines, Restoration of a Landmark historical building and the construction of a 200-room (5 Star) Resort Hotel in Leyte, Philippines.
Saudi Arabia - Assigned as an Architectural Inspector for the construction of the multi-billion USD King Khaled Military Complex in Al Batin Saudi Arabia under the supervision of US Army Corps of Engineers from 7/1981 to 8/1982. Responsible in checking the quality, erection and placement of pre-cast building structures as delivered and installed to various project structures by sub-contractors.
