My BA major is in architectural engineering from Jordan University and my Master's degree is in development & planning from University College London, the Bartlett School.
I have a 24 years of combined experience in architectural design and construction having worked for reputable design consultancy firms and EPC contractors. Currently, i am working as a free-lance design and build interior architect.
My design experience is mainly in residential projects, but i have also worked on hospitals, pharmaceutical plants, restaurants, resorts, public buildings, ... In my advanced years of practice i have lead and managed the design process and the production of construction documents. For the past 4 years, i have managed post-contract mixed-use project works in Aqaba dealing with all aspects of construction and disciplines interface in addition to communication with the client, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
Looking forward for a combined use of my skills in design, design management and construction management.

Reporting directly to the Project Director, I was responsible for:
1- Planning & distributing the work load in the architectural department
2- Reviewing the production of the arch. team: RFIs, method statements, shop drawings, as-built drawings …
3- Attending to site inspection requests and reviewing MARs for compliance with design & specs. & reviewing variation orders
4- Leading the coordination process between trades, ID with arch, structural, & electro-mechanical
5- Providing technical support to the construction team, procurement department, planners & contract management team
6- Attending to correspondence with client, contractors, consultants & suppliers
7- Supervised incoming & outgoing controlled design & construction documents
8- Attending site progress meetings with contractors
9- Attending design workshops with clients & consultants
