About 

To highlight some of my qualifications, I have utilized Microsoft Office Suite for a variety of applications, bid documents, transmittals, RFI’s, RFQ’s, job costing reports, A/P and A/R reports and employee records.  My accounting program experience includes Peachtree Construction Accounting, QuickBooks, One Write Plus, Construction Computer Accounting and Maxwell Systems.  My H/R duties included, in part, the new-hire paperwork, maintaining employee files, tracking time off and vacation days, payroll, employee review administration, in addition to the initial employee screening process.  My receptionist experience was acquired through being the first contact for clients, vendors, employees and management in addition to answering and directing calls utilizing multi –line phone systems. My customer service experience entailed working directly with clients and mid and high level management to resolve delivery issues, quality control issues, scheduling service calls and a myriad of other associated transactions in order to maintain the highest levels of service.

 

Confidentiality was foremost when performing P/R, H/R, A/P and A/R duties, administering contract documents and files, along with banking transactions.   I am adept at working with multiple office machines and learn new equipment and programs rapidly.

 

I feel I would be a great fit for your administrative, managerial, and clerical needs; I have a long history of being a self-starter assigned with multiple responsibilities and meeting demanding deadlines, especially during bid preparation.  Having worked in conjunction with clients, mid-level and high-level management, project managers, supervisors and engineers, I feel confident that I can bring my excellent communication and organizational skills to the table.
