1. Responsible for working with clients to identify objectives, conceptualize total projects and to translate them into workable construction systems. Evaluation of alternatives, establish key work priorities, scheduling, budgeting and maintain quality control.
2. Supervise production and coordination of documents in all phases of design practice and management of projects. Liaison with associate consultants by assisting project team and consultants for selecting appropriate materials, systems and resolve issues.
3. Contract document review including specifications; cost estimates and value analysis.
4. Construction supervision including site visits; assist in resolution of issues during the construction phase.
