We were given an existing office facility that needed to accommodate an architectural firm. Space planning was essential is setting up the floor plan.
Really Outstanding & Remarkable Service Award, Award
This award was presented to recognize extreme efforts to go above and beyond to satisfy a residential design client. There was an extreme deadline with an outcome that was within budget and exactly what the clients were looking for.
Moving Spaces, 2nd Place
We had to design an emergency living facility for families devastated by a hurricane or flood. The limitations were a 10' x 10' x 10' box that a family of four could live in until they had some where permanent to live.
Historical Preservation, 2nd Place
This project was an old cigar factory protected by the historical preservation board. We had to developed a bed and breakfast in the existing facility. We completed a live site plan and verified dimensions.
Residentail Design, 1st Place
This project was a residential renovation. The space needed to accommodate a new addition to the family. The entire house was included in this renovation with key elements to be included.
