I am a registered Architect with over 40 years of experience in the fields of planning, architectural design and project management.  Currently providing design, architectural visualization, Revit and SketchUp services for R Nicholas Loope, FAIA, Architects  As a LEED BD+C professional I began studying sustainable design in the late 1980’s, and continue to research sustainable design options in projects to date. Over the last 30 years, I have worked on the design and project management of over $400 million in healthcare, justice, higher education, residential and hospitality facilities, participating as the client main point of contact, leading pre-design through construction activities, coordinating multiple user groups, problem solving, mentoring staff, developing schedules, coordinating A/E teams, and utilizing 3D visualization / BIM software to improve design communication.
