I specialize in consumer psychology as it relates to the built environment, particularly hotels and restaurants. I have a B.S. from the Cornell Hotel School and an M.S. from the Department of Design and Environmental Analysis at Cornell, and my PhD is in environmental psychology, also at Cornell. I obviously lack imagination when it comes to applying to colleges.
