The Hispanic Scholarship Fund provider of a range of programs, services and financial supports for Hispanic students attending college and their families and educates students and families about the resources available for paying for higher education

Director of Programs – College Scholarships

Hired to manage 1 of 3 college scholarship programs and rapidly promoted to direct all 3 programs, awarding $22 million+ in annual scholarships and grants. Built and led a 15-member team and cultivated new donors. Teamed with business, government, and educational stakeholders to shape scholarship programs and outreach strategies, and to promote support services including: internships, study abroad opportunities, and mentorship programs. Lead the operational process of 24,000 applications annually and managed grant and donor contracts.
