Fulton Street Transit Center, New York, NY. Great Neck Library Expansion - Schematic and Conceptual design for gut renovation of the existing 45,000 square foot Great Neck Library main building and 15,000 square foot addition. Planning focused on consolidating circulating and reference collections on a single level, expanding the children’s area, prominently locating the A/V collection, and grouping staff functions within a centralized core.

Interior renovation and fit-out of H2L2’s New York Offices in an historic 1930’s Financial District high-rise in Lower Manhattan. Responsibilities included programming analysis, design development, documentation, bid review and construction administration. Design features exposed concrete floors and ceilings, sliding birch-plywood partitions and custom down-light fixtures re-purposed from salvaged materials. 3500 square feet.

Replacement of the Route 70 Bridge over the Manasquan River in Brick Township, Ocean County and Borough of Brielle, Monmouth County, NJ. Architectural design tasks included qualitative assessment report, design development and public presentation of the replacement fixed high-level viaduct structure. Architectural components studied included pier shape and treatments, noise walls, railings and roadway and aesthetic lighting. $52 million.
