Designed a four-story dwelling on a steeply sloped site in Mount Washington, California. Drafted the full plan set using AutoCAD (perspective, plot plan, floor plans, elevations, cross-sections, door and window schedules, and details). Incorporated client, planning commission, and plan checker feedback to gain project approval. Construction to begin in 2013.
Drew complete plan sets for a house remodel and home addition in Los Angeles. Reviewed the projects with their respective owners and plan checkers, bringing them up to code. Fully approved with construction to commence in 2013.
Collaboratively designed a three-story house in Calabasas, California and supervised its construction from start to finish. Communicated with site workers in Spanish and oversaw site grading, foundation pour, balloon frame construction, weatherproofing, insulation, and drywall placement, installation of MEP equipment, fire sprinklers, doors and windows, roofing and gutters, stuccoing, railing and fence construction, and site inspections.
