Hello, my name is David Reuman and I am a recent graduate of the Art Institute of Colorado's Industrial Design Program. This degree has freed my creative vision by allowing me to develop the skills and gather the knowledge I need to design almost anything. I am not limited by an interest in only one field or type of design. I enjoy working on aesthetic and mechanical solutions, solving problems with a unique and innovative perspective that can help take any project to the next level.

Lightware Incorporated is a small company with an innovative line of products that fill a previously overlooked niche. The company is small enough to not retain a full time design staff. I was hired on an as needed basis to help refine the existing product line and develop new products from rough pencil sketches and conversations with the CEO of the company. I would develop these designs in SolidWorks, seek approval or direction for further refinement from the CEO, then communicate with either rapid prototyping or manufacturing houses to assure correctness and manufacturability of the design.
