Thesis project focused on the past, present, and future of Coney Island's carnival culture and its boardwalk infrastructure. Design was for a new brewery and performance center integrated into the boardwalk, extruding the edge between beach and community. Winner of the Richard A Morrill award for outstanding thesis project.
