About

I was born and raised in Curacao, the Netherlands Antilles which thereafter moved
to the Netherlands to attend an Architecture eduction at the Hoge School Rotterdam. I
obtained my bachelor of Built Environment (BBE) degree in 2008 with a minor in Architecture.
Immediately after receiving my bachelor degree, I attended graduate school at the Technical
University of Delft in Delft, the Netherlands, where I studied the specialization Architectural Engineering. During my graduate studies at the university, I improve my technical skills, explore
new design theories and developed my parametric design skills. During my studies, I also gained
practical experience in multiple residential and commercial designs at a architect firms. I
received my Master of Science in Architecture, Urbanism and Building Science (M.Sc.) in 2012.

I'm a highly motivated, responsible and reliable person, with the ability to meet deadlines
and work under pressure. I have a strong background in Architectural-, Structural Engineering and Parametric Design. i enjoys the challenge of executing my designs from start to end, from concept to
realization that is comform to the initial wishes of the client, but also including architectural  drawings, space planning, constructor interaction, material, color selection and client interactions.
I'm always driven to improve my skills and also to add new ones. I'm oriented primarily to perfectionize my parametric design skills. My ambition lay within working and gain working experience on XL design- and Highrise design projects oriented on a parametric design environment, that are based on an international level field of work.

Right now, I'm looking for a job opportunity in parametric design in architecture. (full-time or freelancing)

Education

Technische Universiteit Delft (TU Delft), Delft, NL, Masters, Architectural Engineering

Architectural Engineering brings spatial, functional, social design and technical possibilities and developments together. Subjects like product design, material research, building physics, structural mechanics, computation and model and production techniques all play a major part in architecture.
The aE program will explore the connection between architecture and technology which will integrates spatial, structural and climate design together. The student designs a building in relation to research on these aspects, which will result in a research driven design.

My graduation research thesis was based on Design Informatics, Structural Mechanics and Parametric Design. The acquired degree for graduating at this program is Master of Science in Architecture, Urbanism and Building Sciences (M.Sc.).

Sep 2008 - Apr 2012

Hogeschool Rotterdam, Rotterdam, NL, Bachelors, Building engineering, minor architecture

Building engineering (bouwkunde), minor architecture, is a study about all the facets of a building, from designing to construction of a building to manage a building. This is an broad program with specific supporting course studies in architecture, building technology and building methods, material science, construction, technical drawings, sketches, urban renovation, building physics and project management. The acquired degree for this program is Bachelor of Built Environment (BBE).
