A multi-disciplinary firm with focus on corporate office, mission critical and technical laboratory projects. Designed the New Songdo City Gateway Center using GC to produce greater variation. Redesigned façade paneling to minimize panel differentiation. Teamed with Heerim to develop the site plan, programming, research package and curtain wall design for the Federation of Korean Industries (FKI) competition. Conducted code research and calculated rentable square footage versus GFA for Core and Shell project. Setup, drafted and reviewed drawings during all design and construction document phases. Managed the LEED submittals for all projects and office operations.
