Participated in a range of projects from small commercial tenant improvement projects up to large scale projects such as a 120 acre residential planned development. Responsible for preparing contracts, establishing budgets and project deadlines, coordinating with client and consultants, and overseeing several projects at once with several team members. Also assisted in establishing new relationships with potential clients and seeking out additional work for the office.
