• Created full construction documents on a 118,738 SF existing warehouse in Burbank, CA for the Warner Bros Corporate Archives Department.
• Coordinated all design and construction phases along with model making services for a 7,862 SF private residence in Malibu, CA.
• Participated in a design competition as a consultant for the 7,150 SF remodel and the 4,800 SF new addition of the Los Angeles Mission College in Sylmar, CA.

• Fabricated all survey and as-built drawings, along with permit issuing drawings on a 7,350 SF remodel of the Louis Vuitton retail space at the Saks Fifth Avenue Store in San Diego CA.
• Created the as-built drawings and construction documents for the Oakley 2,061 SF remodel at the Mall of Louisiana in Baton Rouge, LA 
• Completed the as-built and construction drawing phases of the 1,800 SF remodel for a new Starbucks addition to Terminal 3 at Los Angeles International Airport.
