Michelle Lederer

New York, NY, US

I am a project manager at a small architectural firm in downtown Manhattan.  I primarily work on Alteration Type 1 and Alteration Type 2 drawing sets for building department filings.  I also conduct special inspections for energy code compliance and progress inspections to verify that work was performed in accordance with approved plans and specifications.

I am a 3ds Max Autodesk Certified Professional and I enjoy creating 3D models and architectural visualizations using the program. I am also a longtime Autocad user and I have many years of experience drafting construction document sets on both large and small teams.  I am proficient in REVIT and I recently attended a day long workshop at the AEC Technology Symposium which focused on intelligent workflows from Grasshopper to Dynamo to REVIT.

In addition, I have a background in historic preservation, and I have worked on large scale transportation and civic projects at well known corporate architecture firms in New York City.
