About

I've been working in residential interior design in Manhattan for over 4 years, and previously did work in North Carolina before moving to New York, where I graduated with a BFA from the New York School of Interior Design, in addition to receiving my BA in journalism and psychology from UNC-CH where I learned invaluable communication skills. I've led complete on-site installations for model homes in Chengdu, China and designed apartments in Manhattan through the renovation phase to decorating. I've also customized over 100 pieces of furniture, meeting with the wholesale distributors, as well as completely custom designing more elaborate vanities and case pieces for clients.

I know the Manhattan vendors well and I'm always open to exciting new opportunities. For examples of my work, please see my website at http://www.annagainesinteriors.com/.
