Roll included Project Designer on multiple projects in Los Angeles and New York. Experience in all phases of design which included concept development, space planning, 3D modeling, and rendering. Through hand sketches, SketchUp, and graphic presentations, presented design development to the client during specific phases of the project. Along with finish and furniture selection, was in charge of overseeing and contributing to construction documents, millwork and detail design. With multiple projects in construction, liaising with all parties throughout the building phase and managing document control with Contractors, Architect and City.
Steelcase Inc., London, GB, Senior Designer
Developed space planning and design solutions for large corporate clients such as Barclay’s, American Express, Vodafone and Accenture. Working within the Steelcase frameowork, strategies were taken into place to develope new ways of working and implement new work environments that were directly a result of an analysis of the current office culture. Through Steelcases extensive research into new ways of working and the changing environment of offices the biggest challenge is assuring corporations that the shift in alternative working solutions is becoming the norm of todays corporate environments. In addition had small business clients that required office fits out where I provided space planning solutions, product specification and quotations within budget thourhgout the design process.

Freelance Designer developing concepts for a photography studio reception space which included a lounge area, meeting room and restrooms. 3D visuals were developed using Revit 2011 and included elevations and floor plans of bespoke joinery that would be constructed though CNC technology.
Eco House, St. Agnes, Cornwall GB, Architectural Intern
Working under the supervision of a RIBA Part III Architect, I had the opportunity to provide conceptual sketches, floor plans and elevations for a housing development in the Goonvrea area which went for planning application which included producing all the documentation. In addition, created drawings for various extensions to existing cottages both new and old using AutoCad 2011. Most of the projects involved meeting and briefing with clients where the director of Ecohouse was present.

An 80 strong Revit based Architectural practice where duties included liaising with architects, clients, contractors and suppliers from project briefs through to specification documents. Responsible for overseeing projects from concept development phase through to detail design packages. Using freehand sketches to computer generated visuals to communicate concept at every stage of the project. Presenting final design to clients, through sample boards and presentation packages, while communicating unity and team work between interiors and architecture. Clients included LSC, Tottenham Hotspurs, Newlon Group and Everton FC.

Began on a contract bases as a Cad Technician and became permanent Design Consultant. Daily office duties included, liaising with sales staff, specifying product and space planning areas which required client meetings, and surveying of buildings. Prepared sample boards, presentation packages and visuals using Photoshop, 3D Max, Power Point and AutoCad 2007. Clients included the NHS, Kingston University, Cancer Research and Bupa. Through the Design & Build sector completed entire refurbishment of factories and warehouses for commercial use. Prepared 2D plans, demolition plans, reflected ceiling plans, visuals as well as presentation packages which then presented to clients such as Nottingham county Council, OH Parsons & Partners Solicitors, British Sugar and Honda.
