My name is David Noe and I live in Old Lyme, CT. I recently received my architectural license in the state of Connecticut. I have a diverse background in the building and design industry. I attended Wentworth Institute of Technology where I graduated as the top student in my class. Living on the shoreline for eleven years I've developed a great respect and knowledge of the New England Vernacular and coastal design.
I am interested in light frame and heavy construction; I have experience developing contract drawings for such buildings. I love to be challenged and I’m always eager to learn. I find all types of architecture inspiring and feel I can offer many interesting new ideas to all projects. I have great attention to detail and I’ve built many complex models and other visual aids.
I also have an extensive background in construction. I have built since I was 18 years old and continue to do a variety of work ranging from additions to kitchen and bath remodels. It seems the best way to learn about design is to have a hands on approach that works in conjunction with formal analysis.
