 Boy Scouts of America California Inland Empire Council – National Youth Leadership Training – 2011 Course Director:  NYLT is a week long course which teaches young people leadership skill.  Months of preparation and planning go into this effort, I was the 2011 course director.
 Boy Scouts of America California Inland Empire Council – Strategic planning committee 2011:  Our committee work focused on establishing goals, objectives and plans to guide the development and growth of the California Inland Empire Council of the Boy Scouts for the next five years.
