-Design, draft and submit projects for construction with majority of experience being for OSHPD projects. Successfully managed and completed construction of several facility upgrades. Restructured detail library resulting in faster implementation of necessary details.

           

2008-2013 Leadman/Foreman, Bergelectric Corp., Los Angeles, CA

-Managed and completed entire phases and floors of various construction projects including hospitals, college universities, police departments, retail stores and multi-unit residential buildings.

 

            2006-2008 Journeyman Electrician, Journey Electrical Technologies, Lake Forest, CA

-Advanced from senior apprentice to leadman while obtaining state certification for general electrician. Gained extensive knowledge of concrete structure while working on high-rise condominium structures.

           

2002-2006 Sergeant U.S. Army, 82nd Airborne Division, Fort Bragg, NC

-Served in Iraq, Afghanistan and the DMZ of the Republic of Korea as an airborne infantryman. Completed the non-commisioned officer primary leadership course, airborne school, air assault school and combat first responder course. Responsible for the lives and welfare of eight infantrymen in combat environments with no casualties and maintenance of $550,000 in military equipment. Gained immense experience in foreign culture and environments.

-Gained experience in residential/commercial construction as an electrical apprentice working in and around New York City.

  • Levin Residence, Los Angeles (2015). Designed and built a kitchen renovation which involved moving/adding windows, eliminating doors, soffits and completing new kitchen from bare wood studs
  • Glenwood Care Center, Oxnard (2015). Designed and managed construction of emergency repairs of roofing and structure damage as well as upgrading the existing two courtyards to promote a more salutogenic atmosphere.
  • College Hospital, Costa Mesa (2014). Participated in design and contract administration of HVAC upgrades as well as accessibility upgrades of existing facility.
  • Greater Watts Child Care Center, Los Angeles (2014). Participated in design and contract administration of security upgrades, classroom renovations and accessibility upgrades of facility.
