We successfully upgraded the professional atmosphere and orchestrated the production standards in a dynamic work environment with fluid communications between Las Vegas and our international clients.

My 15 year tenure (from 1989-97 and 2000-07) provides a diverse portfolio of profitable and completed work. Continued successful implementation of owner criteria for design, cost , and time limits for completion. Knowledge of design and technical decision necessary to effectively lead the field administration and contractor coordination; demonstrated when the use of my final punch list, attached to the Certificate of Occupancy for Harrah’s Casino Expansion, relinquished all liability from a claim made several months after open to public. A team leader in consult for development and production of office “Master Details Library” and drawing standards.
