I am currently working towards my M.Arch degree at the University of Colorado Denver. I am looking to fullfil an architectural intern posistion where I can apply my formal education and hands-on work experience to advance my involvement in the architecture industry and complete my IDP hours.

Key member of forensic investigation team to assess severe cavity wall damage. Duties included water intrusion testing to quantify damaged flashings, eyebrows and weeps.
Completed technical reports to document findings and repair procedures.
Generated repair section drawings, scope of work, and specifications.
Reviewed materials for approval; brick, mortar, membrane flashings, & weep tubes.

Performed water intrusion testing.
Dismantled walls and noted conditions. Used SEE SNAKE bore scope to view hidden conditions in wall cavities.
Conducted an infrared scan of the roof membrane to locate points of water intrusion.

Completed a construction survey and installed crack monitors to monitor movement and settlement during excavation and controlled fill compaction.

Installed scaffolding tie back anchors to support worker safety lines for window replacements.
Performed tensile testing of anchors to assess conformance to OSHA standards.
June, 2011 – Crossroads Sheraton Hotel Parking Garage – Mahwah, NJ
Performed construction management and quality control duties for a post-tensioned, reinforced concrete parking structure.
Duties included oversight of demolition, substrate preparation, application of corrosion inhibitors, monitoring of repair tendon elongation, review and approval of contractor payments, and concrete quality control.
Aug, 2011 – RE/MAX Office – Freehold, NJ
Developed as-built diagram of entire office using Autodesk Revit for future renovations.
Aug, 2011 – 95 Frelinghuysen Ave. - Newark, NJ
Performed section determination of 80-year-old reinforced concrete structure. Utilized state of the art PROFOSCOPE rebar locator to determine bar size, depth, condition, etc. Drilled core samples and performed compression tests.

In 2008 I entered the Environmental Design Program at the University of Colorado. The ciriculum included Architecture, Urban Planning, and Design Studies. I eventually declared my emphasis in Architecture. Some of the special topic courses I took included four Design Studios, Revit, Digital Portfolio (Adobe Flash + Illustrator + Photoshop), and Digital Fabrication (Rhino + Grasshopper), where I became familiar with the use of laser cutters and CNC machines.
