Chicago, IL, US

I just finished the fall semester of my last year at the Illinois Institute of Technology for Architecture with a construction management minor. I am currently looking for an entry-level internship to begin my architectural career.

Through my education at IIT I have studied Masonry, Steel, Concrete, and Timber construction methods through IIT’s material based studios.  In addition to the material studios I have studied under Ron Krueck and Tom Jacobs of Krueck and Sexton architects, and Karla Sierralta in specialized studios.   This past summer I was fortunate enough to receive a construction management internship at the University of Chicago Facilities Services working under a project manager. This was invaluable experience; I was able to spend many hours on the construction site enabling me to work with architects, engineers, and construction managers. This gave me insight into how a project comes together, and how architectural ideas become existent.

Through my experiences I have become very hands on and have impeccable attention to detail. I am extremely hardworking and passionate about architecture and the built world.  If you have any further questions please email me at
