I'm a NY State Registered Architect with over 20 years of professional experience. I’ve held various positions in architectural and engineering firms over this time. My experience includes a diverse range of projects mainly in New York, along with Singapore and India.
I have had the pleasure of working with some great architectural firms like Brennan Beer Gorman Architects and Lee Harris Pomeroy Architects among others. My work experience ranges from core and shell and big box retail, to transportation and rehabilitation projects. I also have significant field experience.
Over the years, I have worked on every phase of an architectural project, right from project inception to project delivery. In the various roles, I have particularly been involved in design development, space planning, construction documentation, extensive detailing, compiling specifications and preparing bid packages.
My main projects include The Gateway Center, Bronx; AirTrain terminal at Jamaica, Queens and the New York State Insurance Fund, NYC.

A full gut renovation of an 18 story commercial office building, including building repositioning, major building infrastructure overhaul, partial façade renovation, seismic and lobby design. The project is filed for LEED Silver.
The building spans an entire city block in both directions, and comprises of a total 3 million sq. ft. The first 15 floors are strictly offices of which 13 floors belong to NYSIF. The other 2 floors were repurposed to be leased out as pre-build suites. The first floor also proposes 75,000 sq.ft. of retail along Church St.
The building infrastructure part comprised of a complete overhaul of the top 3 mechanical floors with new cooling towers, and the 2 cellar levels with new generators. In addition, the scope included new fire alarm and sprinkler systems, asbestos abatement, foundation waterproofing, structural seismic bracing for code upgrade and a new elevator for the State Police offices on the lower levels.
