This is a design orientated program with an architectural influence. The beginning stages incorporate an introduction to drafting and the study of the history of Architecture through the ages. Working through the program includes textiles studies, lighting and electrical studies, residential, office, hospitality, Aging in Place, retail and sustainable design. Included in the program is a LEAD precertification course required for graduation. Complimentary courses include furniture design and construction, 2D and 3D art courses, and an in depth look at human cultures that influenced the primary design fundamentals of architecture.
