I use a CAD-based program to create construction documents. I work on teams for multiple projects where I am given responsibilities to choose casework, fixtures, and material options, and assist on pricing. I also have assisted on site measures, client meetings and in the design process. Along with building relationships with vendors and clients, I am in charge of the social networking and the internet promotion for the company.

During my experience at the commercial architect firm, Dennis Kobza & Associates INC, I was able to use Adobe Photoshop to create numerous elevation renderings that matched actual paints and materials so that the head architect and client could make decisions on what products to specify. For one project, I was in charge of contacting the client, measuring the site and created a few preliminary space plans, using an AutoCAD Architecture program, for one of the head architects at Dennis Kobza and Associates.

In the spring of 2011, I received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design with a minor in Anthropology from San Jose State University.
I have a passion for responsible design and a high interest in residential and commercial design. My love for design has allowed me to study architecture and interiors from around the world. Through Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti Milano in Italy and San Jose State University, I was lucky enough to travel abroad to Singapore, Taiwan, Japan and Italy, while gaining college credit.
From the SJSU’s Bachelor of Fine Arts Interior Design program, I have developed presentation, rendering and other computer skills, using programs such as; AutoCAD 2011, Revit Architecture 2011, Adobe Photoshop, PowerPoint, InDesign, Illustrator and have been introduced to SketchUp, TurboCAD 18, 2020 Version 19 and AutoKitchen. I am also efficient with both MAC OS and PC operating systems.
