To Whom It May Concern:
I have spent the last seven years of my life pursuing a degree in Architecture because I feel that I have to ability to positively affect the lives of people around me through the vehicle of design. I have always had the natural ability to figure out simple and effective solutions to practical design problems. The built environment is the most direct connection to daily human life that is regularly overlooked or improperly executed. Through a combination of my undergrad education at Arizona State University and my graduate degree from the University of Hartford, I have realized that the correct approach, process, and execution of projects varies significantly across the country. Each site requires an innovative set of research, just as every client requires close attention to their specific priorities. I am ready to apply what I have learned to real world projects and would be honored to meet with you at your convenience to discuss my qualifications and design philosophy. I look forward to our conversation and thank you for your thoughtful consideration.
Sincerely,
Jonathan Schewe

Power Point. Tasks included development of guestroom layout maps, advertising slide shows and web content, fire escape sign location plans, ballroom ceiling hang point plans, etc. I eventually became a primary assistant to the Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain Project Manager, Tom Muia
