I’m seeking your advice for the experience that your firm can offer at this period of time.

As I research the firms that can pursue my professional goal in architecture,
I learned that your firm would seek a professional individual as an architect/designer
and I convinced myself to fulfill my profession at the firm with full of qualifications.

I began to accumulate my carrier experience at Hardy Holzman Pfeiffer Associates after graduating
the University of Southern California and stepped on my second opportunity with AC Martin Partnership, Inc.
I was a project designer at Langdon Wilson in Orange County office for little over 3 years.
For the years with these firms gave me valuable lessons in many ways. I opened my eyes in profession
at HHPA and I’ve fully used my ability and possibility at AC Martin.

At AC Martin,I have played the role of an urban/architectural designer since 1999. There were numourous opportunities
in campus master plans as well as educational facility design at the AC Martin and it made myself to
learn the system in higher education facilities.
Continued at the Langdon Wilson, I have worked in different phases and types
in architectural design including retail architecture and I’m very much confident for what I have done
and for the future carrier.

Recently, I've managed a large scale college master plan project in Dalian, China which was a new college
master plan in new town. I've traveled all over the city of Dalian, Shenyang, Beijing and Quingdao in order to
have a successful Chinese college with American design quaility. It gave me a huge tip and lesson how to work
and negotiate with Chinese Client in terms of the culture and business as well.

I believe that I can achieve a lot more than I did in the past and I wish your firm can offer the opportunities
to a design oriented individual who’s responsible and passionate in urban design and architecture.
