Planning, budgeting, and re-design of 220,000 sq. ft. casino. Prepared renderings and construction documents. Applied artistic expertise and technical skills to create presentations, renderings, and site plans improving sales.

Conducting meetings with the sub-contractors, the owner reps and the architects. Assisted construction manager with RFI’s, as-builds, and change orders. Implemented a weekly newsletter improving the coordination and progress between subcontractors.
