Srdj is a Designer and Director of Business Development with extensive experience in all aspects of design process and leadership of multidisciplinary design teams with focus on complex international projects. Within the PDI Design Group Srdj generates new business through strengthening new and existing relationships in the marketplace. Srdj utilizes strategic and proactive approach to pursue new opportunities with diverse clientele. He manages business development plans to ensure both short and long term goals are accomplished.
Srdj has over 7 years of experience working on design projects which include master planning, healthcare, hospitality, mixed-use, office and retail projects in 12 countries and 4 continents. His design approach is inspired by the people and place that the project will serve, to create unique and site specific solutions.
Srdj graduated from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities with both a B.A. in Architecture (2003) and a Master’s Degree in Architecture (2006). In his previous positions Srdj has been recognized and trained as a future leader and has won awards for healthcare and hospital design. Srdj is also a member of the American Institute of Architects and has served as an alumni mentor to architecture students at his alma mater.
