About

My architectural interest is finding new concepts thru experimenting with form and material, developing radical solutions in architecture and urbanism, mixing the fiction and the reality and trying to cross the limits.

Since the beginning of my studies at the Technical University in Vienna, I was interested in mobility and thought of architecture as space of variables. According to this point of view I explained architecture as a user interface and tried to create spaces relying on the continuous change and redefinition of the user. Even in my master’s thesis, I rejected the classical architectural program. After a wide research in situationist theories, I decided to develop a public space of transitioning possibilities created by diverse atmospheric effects created by spatial geometries.

After my parallel studies on fashion in Madrid, I started to experiment with textiles and fashion, investigating the parallelisms between fashion and architecture. I see architecture as a field of intersections to design and develop the environment we live in. Therefore research was always focused on multi disciplines such as biology, nature, science, and fashion.

The Technical University Vienna where I finished my master’s studies, under guidance of international professors such as William Alsop, Kari Jormakka, Manuelle Gautrand gave me the possibility to experiment in boundaries of architecture through digital design and fabrication, as well as a technical and classical knowledge in architecture.

During my professional period I wanted to expand this knowledge, therefore I decided to move one step forward and started to work for Tom Wiscombe in his office Emergent Architecture Los Angeles, to learn more about the role of parametric systems and emergent technologies in architecture. In this phase I have been working on several projects in cooperation with New York office Kokuggia.

During my post-master’s phase I realized I want to follow my ambition and continue my researches in architecture as user oriented interface. Right now I am continuing my research on this task in a PhD program in Technical University Vienna.
