Adrian Ariosa is an architectural designer working out of Gensler's Los Angeles office. He joined the firm in 2012 and is now part of the Flex 2 Studio. He has over a decade of experience working on projects that span a broad range of building scales and typologies.
As a designer, Adrian excels in the realms of conceptual thinking and architectural presentation. He is fluent in a wide variety of analog/digital drawing and presentation media. This allows him to quickly explore design solutions and compelling imagery that convey clear conceptual intent. In 2017, he received the firm's Gene Watanabe Award which "celebrates design excellence in visual communication by an individual, represented by a significant body of work in any medium."
Adrian received his Bachelor of Science in Architecture ('11) from the Southern California Institute of Architecture. From 2008-2010 he was the recipient of the SCI_arc Continuing Student Scholarship, a merit-based award granted on the basis of academic performance and portfolio submission.
