Taylor Gregory Broadway Architects – AD2/Project Manager Edmonds, WA.

November ’10 to present. Created high quality construction documents and BIM models in highly technical medical projects. Renderer manager, successfully trained and expanded the rendering capabilities of the firm. Implemented Lean principles in multiple medical projects. Developed Revit standards and was relied on to answer Revit questions. Main contact for during the CA phase on accelerated scheduled projects.

Freelance Graphic/Architectural Designer
October ’08 to November ‘10. Designs all deliverables for non-profit client including posters, mailers, logos, and visual presentations (i.e. PowerPoint slides, Stage Backdrops). Rebranded non-profit organization and all sub-groups within – providing new logos, themes, and assisting with re-organization of teams. Designed and produced documents for outdoor event structures at the George and White River Amphitheatres. Brought in as a contractor to train Costco’s packaging department on SketchUp.

March ’07 to October ‘08. Produced highly detailed construction documents on multiple projects managing simultaneous timelines. Created professional renderings to aid in community and client presentations motivating client “buy in.” Successfully orchestrated initial schematic designs for over 20 projects, managed both commercial and residential clients.
Patano + Hafermann Architecture – Project Architect Seattle, WA.
February ’05 to February ’07. Detailed and rendered high end single family and multi-family residential buildings, waterfront homes over $7 Million, and Modern Live/Work Spaces. Worked closely with the Port of Seattle as the firm representative for construction administration and design of office buildings, industrial buildings, and cruise terminal. Provided comprehensive as-built drawings for over 10 residential and fraternity clients. Created all public and client presentation packets and oversaw all graphic elements for firm. Assembled, implemented, and managed a comprehensive details / digital model library for ongoing use.
